As a real estate agent, there’s nothing more frustrating than working long hours, hustling hard, and still not seeing the results you deserve.

I’ve been there myself.

This past week, I spent more time working in my business than usual, and the results were incredible. In just five days, I had six face-to-face appointments, introduced three clients to lenders, and got hired twice.

I’m not sharing this to brag.
I’m sharing it because it proves one thing:
the system works — but only if you actually follow it.

When results aren’t showing up, it’s tempting to think the problem is the market, the leads, or the competition. But more often than not, the missing piece is consistency and sticking to a proven process.


Climbing the Stairs of the CPI Model

Think of your business like climbing a set of stairs.

You can’t jump to the top.
You have to take it one step at a time.

Here’s the foundation of the CPI model I teach:

  • Step 1: Be the best version of yourself.

  • Step 2: Find your “why” — the reason you do what you do.

  • Step 3: Take consistent action five days a week.

  • Step 4: Get face-to-face or on video with potential clients.

  • Step 5: Provide value — over and over again.

  • Final Step: Convert, connect them with a lender, and get hired.

Skipping steps is like trying to jump halfway up the staircase.
You’ll only trip yourself up.


Why Consistency Matters

The biggest lesson I’ve learned is this: you can have the best strategy in the world, but without consistent action, it won’t work.

Many agents focus on learning how to close sellers, but here’s the truth — if you don’t have sellers in front of you, none of that matters.
Focus on building meaningful connections and delivering value first.


The Brutal, Honest Truth
